SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

FREE SHIPPING  TO ALL AUSTRALIAN DESTINATIONS ON ORDERS OVER $200!

We aim to deliver within 3 - 7 business days almost anywhere in Australia. We dispatch using Australia Post - Registered Mail Service direct to your Shipping Address to ensure security and delivery of your order. 

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order.

To Guarantee Safe Arrival of your stunning Sole2Sole.biz goods, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred]. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left for you to organise collection.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


All shipping costs are performed based on weight & destination of delivery.

You are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed during the importation into your country.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift.

Sole2Sole.biz Online Returns/Exchanges

At Sole2Sole.biz we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to make dealing with Sole2Sole.biz as easy as wearing our shoes.

BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1. Retrieve your order number (refer top of the Sole2Sole.biz Sale Confirmation Email).

2. Make sure the product is not worn and in a brand new condition.

3. Make sure it is able to be returned in its original Shoe Box and packaging.

4. Make sure you have the Sole2Sole.biz receipt received with the goods.

5. Email sales@sole2sole.biz with your order number in the subject field and request an exchange or return


EXCHANGING SIZE

Free return shipping is offered for size exchanges (i.e. We will send the new size back to you anywhere in Australia at no additional cost to you), however the cost to return the goods to us is born by you.

We will hold the exchange size (if available) for 14 days from date of purchase.
Exchange Goods Will NOT be shipped until we have received the returned goods. Please Note the "Exhange or Returns" section for guidelines on what is acceptable of goods to be returned (eg: appearance and condition).


RETURNS

Product that is not reduced (full price) can be returned for a full refund via original payment method or you wil be given a store credit.

Within 14 days of purchase, return post the goods with all the required documentations enclosed to:

Providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original shoe box. A refund will be processed by our interactive sales team within 48 hours of goods being received and in the same tender as the original payment. Please note that dependant on your bank; refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear.


RETURNING REDUCED OR SALE MERCHANDISE

NO RETURNS are offered for Merchandise offered on Sale.


RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT

Will NOT be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer’s expense.  This includes purchases, exchanges and or refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

You may be able to cancel your order and request for a refund of your money, if you advise us prior to your order being shipped.

To see if your order can be cancelled please email us on enquiries@sole2sole.biz immediately as all orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  If your order has been shipped, please refer to the “ Returns & Refund Policy” to arrange to return your order.

Please be aware that the original shipping cost cannot be refunded based on “changed of mind” goods, we will refund in full if your order contains incorrect shoe size /style or faulty products.  (Please note that all our shoes & products are carefully inspected and packaged, to ensure no shoes & products are faulty prior to shipping).

Upon receipt of the returned order, we will issue a refund for the order back onto the purchaser’s original Credit Card or PayPal Account. We recommend that you use a postal option with tracking to return the ordered goods, to ensure the returned parcel has arrived back to us undamaged and safely.
